ESS Eyewear Profile Turbofan Goggles, Black

Unbelievable
These are excellent goggles, perfect if you ask me. Yes they are expensive, but shelling out a one time decent sized expense is totally worth not having to deal with day after day of fog. I use these to play airsoft and before I had them I had horrible fogging issues. I used anti fog spray, wipes, all the home remedies, they don't work. These goggles are so good that I barely ever have to even use the fan, the lens is coated so it just doesn't fog in the first place. I see all these other people constantly dealing with fog and now I can just sit back, smile, and remember when that was me.

That being said the goggles I received from "Reds Gear"
Where Clones or Knock-offs....This was confirmed by ESS.
If your goggles have tie-wraps securing the wires.. and or a 1/4 twist instead of threaded battery cap You're been ripped-off.
Real goggles Cost $140-$180.
Knock-offs cost $40

In all honesty the knock offs are pretty good fit and feel. But i wouldn't trust the rating of the lens....someone willing to fake trade-marks to make money might as-well fake the rating.

That being said i make no judgment of anyone who would use them....but paying for real one and receiving clones is a bogus business practice.

Tapco TimberSmith Romanian AK Stock Set TIM06002RED

High quality, great looks
This stock set is of high quality in both wood and finish. Fit was pretty seamless. The butt stock may need a bit of trimming for the Romanian AK-47...mine did, but it was very minor. The attachment of the recoil pad is clean with no adhesive overspill. This truly is a great deal for the price. Tapco has gone all out on this particular AK stock set.

ak stock
I recived my stock kit within 4 daysincluding th weekend. On first impresion the kit has a great finish and apears of good quality. I did have to do some sanding and filling for it to fit properly, but that was expected because it is made for romanian AK's and I have A norinco MAK 90 chinese made.I spent maybe 1 hour fitting the parts with the lower hand gaurd needing the most attention. the but stock also needed a little attention and the upper hand guard needing none. I am very satisfied with my kit and the AK looks great.

Questionable Performance
I like the unit but the jury is still out on its performance. I am usually on the side during local net operations. The HT seems to
drop some incoming transmissions. I am not sure if it is my operating technique or the unit. I am still working on it. I am very close to the Repeater so it is not distance.

Redfield Revolution 2-7x33mm Accu-Range

Excellent Scope
This is an excellent scope. The sight picture is bright and even thought it is only a 33mm, it brings in a lot of light. It was easy to mount and sighting in is a snap. It has kept its zero on a Mini-14. It is also American made and for the price, a great deal. Way better than the Chinese imports that I've tried.
Works Great!
This scope worked beautifully for me, both on the range and in the field. I used it on a Savage 338 that I carried on a long mountain hunt where the scope was thumped several times in the course of the hike/climb. Because of this, I worried that it would no longer be accurate. Not so. When the time came to take the shot, the scope worked wonderfully.
Terrific on my CZ 452 .22LR rifle
I wanted a good and light scope for my CZ452 .22LR rifle and I selected this Redfield Revolution scope. I am very pleased with the scope. The picture is bright and inviting despite being only a 33mm objective. The Revolution-syle reticle is great for target shooting (or anything, for that matter) because the center circle with the cross-hairs inside makes quick and accurate target acquisition a snap with this scope. I have used numerous scopes at or near this price point and this is perhaps the best one I have found. RJB.

Hunter Safety System Lady Pro Safety Harnesses, Realtree, Small/Medium

Lots of pockets...
My first thought when taking this out of the package was how heavy it was. But, the upside is I will burn more calories walking to my stand!

I love that there is a ton of pockets, with zippers! no more losing stuff walking to my stand.
I love the bino straps too, but will probably have to disconnect binos when taking off and on the vest.
I like how it comes with the linemans strap. didn't use it yet, but I can see it being helpful when putting up a stand.
Pleased with the leg buckles and how there is not excess strap hanging down. they are quick to disconnect which means taking the vest off and putting it on much easier! I'm usually in a hurry when I climb down the tree for a particular reason and taking the vest off quickly will be a big help!
I'm looking forward to using a vest that hooks to the tree using a caribiner, instead of having to install the strap each time.

Perfect. Easy on and off. Lightweight. Love the breast zip pockets perfect to keep license secure. Is on the large side so would easily fit over cold weather wear.

Gerber 30-000380 06 Partially Serrated G-10 Handle Knife

Everything you expected and more
You cannot go wrong with this knife. This is not a cheap knock off, nor a copy of a superior knife. The s30v steel is perfect for high durability and edge retention. The serrated part of the blade is aggressive and quickly works its way through what you are cutting. Out of the box, this is probably the second sharpest knife I have ever received. The G-10 handle has a surface that is easy to hold onto no matter how wet or slick it becomes. (I think you could get a good grip after dunking it in 10-W40 motor oil.) The G-10 handle is easier to grip than the metal handle. Also, unlike the metal handle, it will not get too cold or too hot to handle, nor will it conduct electricity. Also, the back is open so it is easier to clean. The handle material also has the additional benefit of being lighter. The only drawback to the material is that if you use the clip to hold it to your pocket, it will abrade the cloth rapidly.

This knife is very fast and is my choice for a last ditch defensive weapon.
This knife is easy to hold on to and get brought into action quite quickly.
The handle is big and a perfect fit for large hands.
Unlike most of Gerber's Knives all of their Automatics are Made in the USA; a fact they are proud of and display on every blade.

My only real issue with it is that I wish it were available with a full straight blade with no serrations.
I would also note that I have carried this knife everyday for more than 6 months; the blade is still sharp and unmarked; the handle however has lost the black coating in a number of places, leaving shinny metal.

The best!
I have a nice collection of knives, which range in value from cheap to very expensive. I did a lot of research on the Gerber 06 Automatic before I put down $135.00 Just got my drop point today from Cutlery Shoppe (good price and service, by the way). I was not disappointed. A tremendous knife, both in build and in function. I can see why our Military folks would put their stamp of approval on the 06 Auto. I don't think I'll need it, but I like the life-time warranty too.

CMC Drop-in Match Small Pin Curved Trigger Round 3lb-3.5lbs CMC91501

Couldn't Be Better!
Got this trigger and within 1 minute after opening the package I had it installed, it doesn't get any easier to install than this. Oh, did I mention that the trigger also performs as expected, nice smooth trigger pull that's 100% better than the original stock trigger. If you're tired of that old grindy hard to pull trigger, this is the one to get without breaking the bank.

I dropped this CMC trigger into my DPMS carbine and it makes all the difference in the world. There isn't much to say about the factory triggers on any m16. The price was right and it fit without any work other than removing the factory trigger and just dropping in this unit. I would recommend this to all the shooters who are wanting to up grade their m16

3M Peltor MT15H69FB-09 Com-Tac II Headset

Very Good Bit of Kit
I've used this headset in Iraq for over three years. It fits well underneath a helmet and in a contact I can have a conversation with someone while all hell is breaking loose around me. I train with it weekly on the range and us eit on every mission. If you are in a hostile environment this is an essential piece of kit.

Great for the range or hunting, very comfortable you can hear the Deer before you see them. And at the range they are great, very quite and still be able to talk with them on between shoots

Midwest Industries Gen 2 SS-Series 12-Inch Rail, Flat Dark Earth

Great Item From Midwest Industries
This rail is simply fantastic. This was the stock rail on the BCM M4 that we purchased recently. What drew me (and my wife) to it, was that the rail was simply much lighter than other rails with 4 sets of Picatinnay rail. The add on pieces that come with the rail are just enough to add some accessories, without adding weight. The smooth outer surface allows for easy hand placement anywhere on the rail. Also, every hole on this guard is tapped so that the add on accessory rails can be added anywhere along the rail length, and at different angles if needed.

This rail was purchased on the RECCE 16 rifle purchased from Midwest Industries, and factory installed at BCM. You can't go wrong with Midwest Industries rails.

I was looking for a lightweight durable free float rail and that's exactly what I got. Mounting the rail was pretty easy. Definitely recommend it!

SKB ATA Double Bow, Bow/Rifle Combination Case

Has survived 12,000 airline miles and counting
I was able to fit my Mathews bow, 12 guage shotgun (broken down), .280 ruger, some ammo and arrow quiver in this bad mamojama. Everything arrived safely and securely. There was no damage to the case whatsoever and continues to hold up exceptionally well.
A marginal bow/rifle combo case
My rating is based upon what I consider is a misadvertised rifle / bow combination case. Though it may serve well as a double bow case, it is ill designed to hold a rifle. First, a rifle with a 22 1/2 inch barrel (like my Tikka Lite) barely fits into the case on a diagonal (corner to corner) with the barrel tip and recoil pad touching the case's thin foam lining. This case wouldn't hold a longer barrel rifle. Second, the case's egg crate foam lining and divider is designed to hold two bows and provides virtually no support for a rifle. When I put a bow and rifle in the case and picked it up, the rifle shifted and moved--a disaster waiting to happen if you check as airline luggage. To fix the problem, I purchased a 2 inch thick piece of high density black foam the size of the case into which I cut an opening for my rifle to fit into so it was secure and wouldn't shift in transit. The high density foam and divider (with a bow in place above) kept the rifle secure. Again, the rifle...
SKB case hinge
This is a great case but the airlines damaged the same case this one is replacing. The hinge is a weak spot. A blow on the exterior hinge will spring the case and make it unable to close properly. At least the airline paid for my damaged case to let me buy another one.

my newest hunting packs
From October to may I'm in some sort of a pack boot nearly every day. I tried a pair of muck boots early last winter and liked them so much I bought another pair for spring turkey hunting. I like both pairs very much. They are a comfortable fit and slip on easier than most other brands. So far they are completely water proof. If they have a flaw it is the lack of a heel ridge for extraction them from your foot by use of a boot jack. They are a little pricey compared to their competitors but I'm satisfied with them.

Sightmark Ghost Hunter 2x24 Night Vision Monocular

Better than expected
I have a 3000 dollar gen 4 nv device and got this for a friend. I gotta say it works much better than expected. If your inside 100 yards its perfect. The ir works well and batteries last a long time. Sure its not a military grade super deluxe model but for the price its well worth it.This thing cost less than the tax on nv device I feel like I should have just gotten this and a new truck.

I bought this because we go camping all the time and it seems like there's always something lurking at the edge of the light of the campfire. I've only tested it out in my own yard thus far. But it works very well, and the image is good. You can focus fairly crisp, also the illuminator button really enhances the nightvision when it's most dark. Overall, seems like sturdily constructed, like it could take a few small bangs and still be fine. Comes with a carrying case and a terry cloth to clean the lens. Thus far, I am totally satisfied...

Plano AW Scoped Rifle Case, Green

Great Case
I recently traveled to Alaska on a hunting trip. The Plano AW scoped rifle case was great for transporting my 300 weatherby and 45 cal. Taurus pistol with ammo. After watching the crews at the airports loading luggage I wondered what my things would look like when I reached my final destination. When I opened my case and inspected my guns all were fine. If they can make it through baggage handling they will make it through the wilderness hunts in this case just fine. The last hard case I used last year took a beating and my guns showed it.

This product is top of its line. I carry my weatherby .30-06 rifle with nikon monarch 6-24x50 scope, my remington 870 model shotgun. Plus My springfield 45 xdm, plus my sight scope, and still have a lot more room for a rangefinder that I will soon be purchasing. Love this case.

The con was that right at the middle it does not shut completely close.

Love the case I know you will too. The wheels help a lot when carry all your stuff around. I have had this case for about 4-6 months now, cannot complain I know I will be buying another case if anything happens to this one but I doubt it. Has two locks they work magnificant, plus a side screw for pressure inside the case, plus two places where you can place your own locks to double guarntee that nobody would breach into it.
